Favorite Holiday Cocktail

This is my favorite winter holiday cocktail recipe and its so so easy. These trader joes fizzy rhubarb and strawberry drinks plus rosemary simple syrup, gin, rosemary sprig, and pomegranate seeds are so delicious and so festive looking. If you’ve never made simple syrup before it is true to its name. You simply boil 1/2 cup water and 1/2 sugar until sugar completely dissolves; remove from heat; and steep rosemary sprigs for 30 minutes before straining and refrigerating.

RECIPE

• shot gin

• splash rosemary simple syrup

• fill glass with trader joes fizzy

• garnish with rosemary sprig and pomegranate seeds
